A Traditional Layout Tool Which Is Useful For Checking If A Surface Is Level. The Red Spool Has A 360 Degree Rotating Handle That Allows The Line To Smoothly Pull Out Or Wind Back. By Attaching A Bob To The Line It Can Also Be Used As A Plumb Bob. The Handle Has A Special Groove Created To Allow More Control Of Where To Hang The Spring. The Bottom Of The Handle Has A Hex Key That Can Be Used To Remove The Hex Screws On The Side Of The Spool When Replacing The Pins.
